Alexander Terez from Russian Karelia gauged the likelihood of a cooperation between his company and Thermic Energy RZ GmbH at 90 percent. He sees good prospects for becoming the distribution partner for products such as heat pumps and photovoltaic systems for the company based in the Saxon town of Borna. In future, Margarita Bayevkina from Omsk wishes to source aluminium panels for façade designs from Novelis GmbH in Göttingen. Hansa Öl- und Gasbrenner GmbH from Rhade found a total of three distributions partners for different regions of Russia among the twenty-two MP participants.
The Russian managers and executives successfully completed the four-week programme comprising training, group visits to Saxon companies and individual business meetings. This time, the participants focused on energy efficiency and technology in the building industry. The entrepreneurs were interested in the passive houses of DAFA Bau GmbH in Leipzig as well as the energy and heat supply from DREWAG Dresden, the latest developments in air conditioning and refrigeration technology from the Institute of Air Handling and Refrigeration (ILK) in Dresden, and the state-of-the-art solutions for measuring and metering energy consumption offered by Meibes System-Technik GmbH based in Rosswein.
Young entrepreneurs such as Viktor Golovach from Kaluga and Ostap Ponomaryov from Yekaterinburg will act as multipliers for German energy know-how in their regions or offer further training to specialists in Novosibirsk, as has been agreed for the cooperation between Alexander Bedreyev and Berlin-based Schneider Electric GmbH. Upon returning to their home countries, they will also spread the opinion expressed by Vitaly Engel from Novokuznetsk at the end of the programme: “German companies are still willing to cooperate with us!”
