Participating

The Programme aims at executives from the middle and upper management levels from small and medium sized companies which have foreign trade potential and stable management structures. In principle, it is open to all economic sectors. Applicants should have an academic degree, several years of work and management experience. They also possess solid business skills and have a good command of English.

A selection committee comprising the GIZ and the local partner institution in the respective country chooses the participants based on individual interviews and their applications submitted. The interviews include an assessment of the participants’ defined cooperation projects which they aim to develop and implement with German companies.
