Short official channel: Ukrainian and German government officials in Berlin

As part of the Partnering in Business with Germany programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), 19 executives from various ministries in Ukraine met in Berlin from 13 to 17 November 2023. The programme has been held annually since 2001 with the aim of improving cooperation at government level and supporting Ukraine's rapprochement with the EU through professional exchange. Numerous alumni from the programme’s 17 partner countries came together at our recent alumni workshop as part of the event to mark the 25th anniversary of Partnering in Business with Germany in Berlin. During the workshop, alumni gained insights into the focal points of alumni work, which aims to promote business relations and establish alumni networks.

5th Meeting of the German-Mongolian Steering Committee in Berlin

Under the positive impression of the celebrations for the 25th anniversary of the Partnering in Business with Germany programme, the 5th meeting of the German-Mongolian Steering Committee took place in Berlin on 27 October 2023. Dr Andreas Nicolin, Deputy Head of Department at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, and Idesh Batkhuu, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy and Development of Mongolia, chaired the meeting.
